Refund policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days from item arrival to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective on arrival or incorrect. You’ll also need to provide proof, such as a picture or a video. You can contact us at sales@royajewellery.uk.
If your return is accepted, we may request the item to be sent back to us, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We may also offer a full or partial refund without requesting the item to be sent back to us. We do not accept international (outside the UK) returns and do not take responsibility for any items damaged in international post transit.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept general returns for our jewellery products and cannot offer an exchange. However, if the item is defective or you have received the incorrect items, please get in touch.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
