Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for our jewellery.

All of our products go through a thorough inspection before dispatch. However, in the rare event your product arrives damaged, please inform us immediately and we shall endeavour to resolve the issue.

Shipping

We ship all of our products via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for UK customers. Your item should be with you within 1 working day from dispatch. Order before 11am to guarantee next day delivery. Shipping & deliveries do not apply on Sundays.

Jewellery Care

To clean your jewellery, use a damp cloth and leave to air dry thoroughly. Avoid using any chemicals and limit any exposure to water.
